A nice size room, besides I had a spectacular view over the hills. The bed was comfortable and there were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The position of the hotel was nice rural and convenient, close to main road so anywhere in lakes is accessible.

Its location was amazing, not far from the southern Lake District, the hill, and the lower lakes. Everything was great and the staff where friendly.

The hotel provides muffins and pancakes for breakfast, the food is good. Staff is amiable and you can park your car on site. The setting is nice rural and convenient, it's just next door to a dual carriageway, southern lakes, and the Predator Experience.

The location was fantastic and incredible, near beautiful surroundings, the lower lakes, and Windermere and all surrounding areas. I got a nicely decorated room with own bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and incredible and had variety of food.

The location was stunning and marvellous and the staff members were helpful. The breakfast was lovely and incredible with quality produce and all the food was fantastic. Have stayed here many times and would love to return.

The location was perfect and fantastic, near to dual carriageway, southern lakes and many areas of Lake District. We were given a king studio, it was immaculate and beautifully decorated.

The room was neat with private separate bathroom, the tea facilities and the garden, and all other comforts. Coffee & tea making machines, a fridge and an oven were a plus. The personnel was amicable and welcoming, and the host too.

Ideal location near Predator Experience and within walking distance. Friendly and accommodating owner, Tina. Comfortable and cozy bed. Clean and well-appointed accommodation with amenities such as a coffee machine and wood burning stove. Good selection of DVDs and books. WiFi available. Lovely and warm bathroom. Outstanding and tasty breakfast

Plenty of food at breakfast like pancakes and muffins. Neat unit with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Stunning location to Simpson Ground Reservoir. Close to the lower lakes as well as the Lake District.

We had an absolutely marvelous stay at this charming B&B. The Garden Room we stayed in was warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The homemade breakfast, including the delicious home baked bread, was a delightful start to our day. Tina, the hostess, welcomed us warmly and provided us with valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The location was simply beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time in the thoughtfully planned garden. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful B&B.
